RUDDY, Presiding Judge.
This is a proceeding under the Workmen’s Compensation Act and involves a claim by Alfred Enyard against Scullin Steel Company, his former employer; American Automobile Insurance Company and Consolidated Underwriters, insurors; for compensation on account of an occupational disease, namely, silicosis. The Referee found claimant totally and permanently disabled and made an award in his favor.
