¶ 1. Roger W. Alswager appeals from an order awarding Roundy's Inc. taxable costs in the amount of $5625.35 and a protective order prohibiting him from communicating with any person regarding the substance of his lawsuit against Roundy's, the circumstances surrounding his employment and/or termination from Roundy's and his opinions relative to the management of Roundy's. He argues that the trial court erred in awarding costs to Roundy's for "exploded trial exhibits" and the "transcription of discovery materials on disk."
