Reversing.

Upon an information filed by the Commonwealth’s attorney, supported by certain affidavits and exhibits, a rule issued on February 5th, 1925, from the Jefferson circuit court, common pleas branch, first division, against appellant, James R. Puffin, an attorney at law, to show cause why he should not be disbarred. The disbarment proceeding was founded upon the charge that appellant had collected and failed to account for certain moneys due certain of his clients.
