The Georgetown Telephone Company is- a corporation operating a telephone line in Georgetown, Kv. It occupied, at the time of the accident involved herein, two- rooms in a building owned by Herring, Jenkins & Co., on the south side of Main street. The front of these two rooms was used as an operating room, while the back room was used for storing the materials used by the corporation in its business.
