I. BACKGROUND
By Memorandum Opinion and Order dated June 30, 2010 (the “Order”) Magistrate Judge Henry B. Pitman, to whom this matter had been referred for supervision of pretrial proceedings, issued a ruling denying the application of plaintiff Pedro Bridgewater (“Bridgewater”) dated May 27, 2010 seeking further discovery in this action. The Order also granted Bridgewater an extension of time to file a second amended complaint. Bridgewater filed objections to the Order challenging its findings and conclusions.
