Plaintiff, Lonnie Faison, seeks judicial review, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration denying her application for Widow’s Insurance Benefits based on the earnings record of deceased wage earner, Purcyle Peake.
