This is an action of tort for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff while she was a business invitee at the defendant’s store, alleged to be due to the negligence of the defendant, its servants or agents. The answer was a general denial and a plea of contributory negligence.

The plaintiff’s testimony was taken by deposition.

At the trial there was evidence tending to show that the plaintiff’s injuries were sustained by contact with one of a set of glass doors leading out of the defendant’s store, after the plaintiff had been in the store to make purchases. The plaintiff, who was a…
