ORDER ON OBJECTIONS TO CONFIRMATION

On September 20, 2005, Friedman’s Inc. (“Friedman’s”) and certain of its subsidiaries, debtors, and debtors-in-possession in the above-captioned cases (the “Debtors”) filed the First Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization of Friedman’s Inc. and Certain Affiliates, Debtors and Debtors-in-Possession (the “Plan”). Dckt. No. 1042. Confirmation of the Plan came before the Court on November 21, 2005.
