On June 7, 2015 (the “Petition Date”), Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc. (“HDL”) and two of its subsidiaries (the “Debtors”)1 commenced these bankruptcy cases by filing separate voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”)2 in the United States Bankruptcy *221Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (the “Court”).
