OPINION
BRADFORD, Judge.
Appellant-Plaintiff-Cross-Appellee Ralph Winfrey appeals from the trial court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of Appellees-Defendants-Cross-Ap-pellants NLMP, Inc., and Witham Health Services (“Appellees”). Appellees cross-appeal, contending that the trial court abused its discretion in allowing the submission of certain designated evidence. We reverse and remand.
