This appeal is from an order permanently enjoining Sky Vue Terrace, Inc. (“Sky Vue”) from distributing funds derived from the sale of its business assets, pending arbitration with Nursing Home & Hospital Union No. 434, AFL-CIO, LDIU (“Local 434”) over alleged obligations of Sky Vue under the parties’ collective bargaining agreement. Jurisdiction is asserted under section 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a) (1982).
