—This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendants. The contention of the plaintiff on appeal is that the findings do not support the judgment but would support a judgment in her favor.

The court found that the plaintiff was the owner of an undivided one-half interest in certain real property in Pasadena and that Ben Chazan and Pearl Chazan, as joint tenants with each other, were the owners of the other undivided one-half interest; that on the first of January, 1931, the defendants M. Passman and Ben Chazan entered into a partnership agreement for the conduct of a furniture business…
