The defendant Cromwell Development Associates (Cromwell Associates) and certain of its defendant partners1 appeal from the deficiency judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, Anthony R. Ferrigno, trustee, in the amount of $978,993.90. The plaintiff has filed a cross appeal.
