This is a proceeding to reverse the action of the district court of Tulsa county, in rendering a judgment against D. E. Myers Company and George AY. White, in favor of the administrator of the estate of General Washington Day, deceased, in case No. 45294. The deceased was a hod-carrier engaged in the construction of a building in the city of Tulsa, and was in the employ of the plaintiffs in error.
