The instant contested matter is an Objection (“the Objection”) presented by the Official Unsecured Creditors’ Committee (“the Committee”) of AFTER SIX, INC. (“the Debtor”), on behalf of the reorganized Debt- or, to an unsecured Proof of Claim (Claim No. 320) (“the Claim”) filed by Corestates Bank, N.A., as successor to the Philadelphia National Bank (“the Bank”), in an amount now reduced to $5,059,772.10.
