Carl W. Henderson, Jr. of Tennessee, Administrator of the Estate of David M. Henderson; Francisco Solis, of California, Trustee of Messenger Trust One (“the Trust”); and Michael S. Henderson, of New Mexico, Successor Trustee of the Trust (collectively “Plaintiffs”) sued Metropolitan Bank and Trust Co.
