HOWARD, Judge.

This is an appeal from the trial court’s judgment in favor of George and Bettie Wal-droup on their action against Lonnie Draven-stott for breach of a contract to construct a workshop and failure to comply with the applicable building codes. Dravenstott raises three points on appeal. First, he contends that the trial court erred because the evidence indicates that he constructed the building in accordance with the contract and a plan provided by George Waldroup.
