In November- of 1992, plaintiffs John and Carol Evans entered into a construction contract with defendant Ken Werle (Werle) in which Werle agreed to reconstruct their home, which had sustained fire damage, and to build a room addition. Soon after the Evanses’ roof work was completed, shingles started blowing off the roof of their home causing it to leak. On approximately three separate occasions, Werle and or his crew came out and replaced or reattached shingles to the roof.
