Statement of Case.

HIGGINS, J.

On January 1, 1916, in cause No. 3806, a judgment was rendered in the county court of Taylor county in favor of the First State Bank & Trust Company of Abilene, Tex., alleged to be a private corporation, against the defendants John Sayles, J. B. Knox, H. J. Bradshaw, and T. F. Scott, for the sum of $1,190.33, with interest and costs. From this judgment the defendants perfected an appeal to the Court of Civil Appeals for the Second Supreme Judicial District, in which district Taylor county is situate.
