HEANEY, Circuit Judge.
Following his conviction and two direct appeals, Corey Hilliard was sentenced to four months in prison, four months in a community care facility, and three years of supervised release for aiding and abetting the illegal transfer of firearms, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 922(a)(5). He filed a motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 seeking to have his conviction vacated.
