¶ 1 In this interlocutory appeal, the prosecution challenges an order of the Arapahoe County District Court granting defendant Dimitry Pleshakov’s motions to suppress evidence and statements.1 The district court *230concluded that Pleshakov’s incriminating statements were the product of an illegal interrogation without the benefit of Miranda warnings.
