Error from the District Gourt of Logan County; before Frank Dale, District Judge. Action between Benjamin Ryiand and another and W. H. Coyle and others. There was a judgment for -the latter, and the former bring error.

This case comes on to be heard upon the motion of the plaintiffs in error,. filed J une 16, 1897, which states that a mistake or clerical error occured in the journal entry of judgment in the court below; that the record below shows that the judgment was rendered on the 12th day of October, 18.95, and in the journal entry the date of judgment is given as the 8th day of October, 1895 — the original papers having been used in making said case-made.
