Defendant-cross-claimant-appellant Anna Bahan appeals from the district court’s judgment entered September 30, 2010, granting summary judgment in favor of cross-defendants-appellees, Aristedes Mahairas, George Mahairas, and John Ma-hairas (the “Mahairas brothers”), declaring them to be the legal beneficiaries of the annuity at issue in the interpleader action, and dismissing Bahan’s cross-claims.
