The Defendants have moved the Court to dismiss this action for lack of personal jurisdiction or, in the alternative, to trans fer the venue of this action. The parties submitted briefs, affidavits and depositions concerning this motion, and the matter was heard on October 18, Í983. Subsequent to the hearing, the parties submitted additional briefs on the issues presented in the motion. Based on the parties’ submissions and arguments, the Court enters the following findings of fact and conclusions of law for the purpose of the above motions only:
