BROUSSARD, J.
Defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction following a plea of guilty entered pursuant to a plea bargain. His appeal raises the question whether the agreement was violated by the failure of the trial court to implement one of the terms of the plea bargain and, if so, what is the proper remedy.
The underlying facts arise out of the robbery of a restaurant and three all-night convenience markets. The offenses occurred within a short period of time during the early morning hours of November 24, 1979. Defendant Mancheno and two codefendants were charged with four counts of…
