Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Harris, J.), *897rendered February 3, 1987, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (three counts), criminal injection of a narcotic drug and attempted criminal injection of a narcotic drug.
