This court entered a judgment in the above-styled case at 201 Ga. App. 523 (411 SE2d 500) (1991) reversing the judgment of the trial court. The Georgia Supreme Court granted certiorari in Kraft v. Abad, 262 Ga. 336 (417 SE2d 317) (1992) and reversed our holding. Accordingly, our judgment is hereby vacated, and the judgment of the Supreme Court is made the judgment of this court with respect to *627appellant’s first enumeration of error.
