A jury convicted Defendant Salvador Delgado-Uribe (Delgado) and his co-defendant, Jennifer Myrick, of (1) conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(C), and 846, and (2) possession with intent to distribute marijuana and aiding and abetting in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(C), and 18 U.S.C. § 2. 1 At the close of the Government’s case-in-chief, Delgado moved for judgment of acquittal under Fed.R.Crim.P. 29.
