Maya Corporation, organized under the laws of the state of Delaware, filed its bill of complaint against William L. Smith, Jesse F. Stallings, and Leo K. Steiner, citizens and residents of the state of Alabama, for the alleged purpose of enforcing a lien upon, or claim, to, certain personal property, shares of the capital stock of the plaintiff corporation, held by the defendants.
