Petitioner Peter Ajemian (“Ajemian”) filed this pro se motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 2255 (“Section 2255”) to vacate, set aside, or otherwise correct his conviction and sentence. (“Section 2255 Motion,” Dkt. No. 830.)
