Pending before the Court in this consolidated civil action is a motion for summary judgment filed by plaintiff United States of America. The government has here instituted seven separate civil forfeiture suits against seven separate parcels of real estate pursuant to the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970, 21 U.S.C. §§ 801 et seq.
