INTRODUCTION

This dispute arises from millions of dollars that Plaintiff John Joseph Waters, Jr. obtained from his longtime employer, Defendant Gerard Leon Cafesjian. Waters commenced this action asserting that the money he received was only part of his agreed compensation and that Cafesjian still owes him millions more; Cafesjian, on the other hand, alleges that Waters embezzled the funds from him and his companies, Defendants G.L.C.
