Before taking up tbe exceptions of tbe defendant Brooks, trustee, to tbe master’s report as amended,, and filed herein May 4, 1892, it is proper to consider tbe question which is again strenuously urged on behalf of tbe respondents,— whether, under tbe will of Robert Hanna, deceased, tbe defendants Cassius B. Hanna and wife, Hattie L., or either of them, acquired any such beneficial interest or trust estate as can be reached and subjected by complainant to the payment of bis judgment against them.
