WALLER, Circuit Judge.
The policy upon which this suit was brought provided that in the event the Insured, before reaching the age of sixty, should be rendered “wholly, continuously and permanently unable to engage in any occupation or perform any work for any kind of compensation of financial value during the remainder of his lifetime” the Company, upon receipt of due proof of such disability, would waive payment of any premium the due date of which should occur after the receipt by the Company of said proof of such disability, and pay Plaintiff $200 per month during the continuance of such…
