I. INTRODUCTION

In this case, ICM Controls Corp. and International Controls and Measurements Corp. accuse Honeywell International, Inc. of infringing two of their patents related to ignition systems for gas furnaces. Dkt. No. 1 (“Complaint”); U.S. Patent No. 5,889,645 (filed Apr. 14, 1997); U.S. Patent No. 6,222,719 (filed July 15, 1999).
