The Andersons appeal the district court’s decision granting summary judgment in favor of both the Boekes and the Federal Land Bank of Omaha. The Andersons contend both defendants made fraudulent affirmative misrepresentations and omissions to them when the Andersons inquired about loan financing to purchase real estate. The Andersons argue the district court erred in: (1) determining Dale Boeke, a loan officer of the Federal Land Bank Association of Cedar Rapids, was not an agent of the Federal Land Bank of Omaha; (2) declaring no fiduciary relationship existed…
