Affirming.
L. F. Webb died testate on December 30, 1945. His will named J. B. Sbnmate executor, wbo was directed to convert tbe real estate into cash and divide it equally among certain close relatives tbe testator named as beneficiaries.
Tbis equitable action was filed by tbe executor against George W. Owings and wife to set aside seven deeds that decedent bad executed to them.
