The appellant, Richard Osborn, filed a claim under the Workmen’s Compensation Act for an alleged injury sustained in the course of his employment with the appellee, Deere and Company. An arbitrator’s award in favor of Osborn was affirmed by the Industrial Commission. On certiorari to the circuit court of Rock Island County the award was set aside.
