[¶ 1] The mother of Bailey M. brings this interlocutory appeal from the order entered in the District Court (Lewiston, Mullen, J.), denying her motion to open to the public the proceedings in the District Court resulting from the petition of the Department of Human Services to terminate the mother’s parental rights. The mother contends that the public has a First Amendment right to access these proceedings.
