Defendant Government Employees Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as GEICO) appeals from an order denying its motion to dismiss the complaints of plaintiffs on the grounds that the court lacks jurisdiction over the subject matter and that plaintiffs have failed to state a cause of action upon which relief can be granted. Discretionary review was granted by this court under Rule 105, Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure.
