This is a worker’s compensation case. Luis M. Reyes, Jr. sued Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company in the 25th District Court of Guadalupe County to set aside an award by the Industrial Accident Board. Liberty Mutual filed a general denial and subsequent thereto filed a motion for summary judgment. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Liberty Mutual, and Luis M.
