MOTION TO RECONSIDER APPELLEES’ MOTION TO DISMISS APPEAL OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE AFFIRM THE JUDGMENT OF THE TRIAL COURT

Before discussing the merits of this case, we must consider the appellees’ motion to dismiss or in the alternative affirm the judgment of the trial court.
