MEMORANDUM OPINION, JUDGMENT, INJUNCTION AND ORDERS
VIETOR, District Judge.
Plaintiff is a lawyer licensed by and practicing law in the state of Iowa. On January 22, 1981, he filed this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, with jurisdiction predicated on 28 U.S.C. § 1343, challenging the constitutionality of The Disciplinary Rules of the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility for Lawyers limiting the means and content of lawyer advertising.
