In this case a complaint in chancery was filed by the appellee, Alex Zarembski, on November 27, 1940, in the circuit court of Cook county, to set aside and cancel a deed executed by him on April 25, 1932, conveying to his son certain real estate located at 3317 North Hamlin avenue, Chicago. After answer was filed the cause was referred to a master in chancery on the sole question of the right to have the deed of conveyance set aside.
