Appeal from a judgment entered on an order of the General Term of the Supreme Court, in the Seventh District, denying a new trial npon a case containing exceptions. The action was brought to recover the value of a certain horse of the plaintiff, which he claimed as exempt property. The defendants, by their answers, first denied the complaint, secondly, justified the taking under a judgment and execution against the plaintiff.
