—Plaintiffs, Kold Kist, Inc., Arbo Frozen Meat Products, Inc., Frank Watson and Edward Kendall, partners doing business under the name of Arbo Food Distributors, Vernon Meat & Provision Co., and Jacob Feiler, are in the business of selling frozen meats, poultry and fish. Their customers include a large number of stores and markets named as defendants in the action.
