A demurrer to the complaint was sustained without leave to amend. Plaintiffs appeal from the ensuing judgment.

The plaintiffs are a voluntary, unincorporated employers’ association, and certain of its members, who are engaged in the production, sale and distribution of pies (and other bakery products) in Los Angeles and vicinity. They employ drivers who use . company equipment to distribute their products. They also use the services of independent drivers who have their own equipment.
