PREWITT, Judge.

Following jury trial defendant was found guilty of two counts of distribution and delivery of amphetamine and sentenced as a prior offender to life imprisonment on each count.

For his first point defendant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion for judgment of acquittal because the state failed to present sufficient evidence that he was guilty of either count.
