Ellis ex rel. Ellis v. Niles

Michael Anthony Ellis1 filed medical malpractice actions against Dr. Jack Niles, Jr.2 and Dr. Raymond Bynoe alleging he received negligent treatment while under the care of the Richland Memorial Trauma Team for a serious neck injury *518suffered in a traffic accident. Before the close of the plaintiffs case the court directed a verdict in favor of Drs. Niles and Bynoe. Ellis appeals. We reverse and remand.
