MEMORANDUM DECISION

THOMAS S. UTSCHIG, Bankruptcy Judge.

This is a nondischargeability proceeding. As a general rule, the Court prefers to decide such cases at the close of the trial. However, at the request of counsel, the Court in this case permitted not only the presentation of additional evidence after the original trial date, but the submission of post-trial briefs as well. There was some hope that the parties might come to a mutually agreeable resolution during this additional period of time, but they were unable to do so. The matter is ripe for a decision, which the Court now renders.…
